Your beautiful Gravity model was created to better fit the needs of professional women in STEM and the Trades. It was developed out of immense frustration for the lack of women’s steel-toe options on the market. Gravity introduced a new segment of safety footwear that combines fashion with function … finally. 

It is named after one of the fundamental forces of physics with an infinite range of universal attraction that is simply impossible to ignore. Gravity features a timeless design that was handcrafted in North America using beautiful and flexible LWG Certified Leather.

These ASTM certified and OSHA compliant safety shoes are so stylish, that some may question if they’re really steel-toes. That is why we included an official certification card for you to show as proof.

FIT & CARE

FIT
‣ This model is available in sizes that will comfortably accommodate most women looking for a regular or narrow fit. Gravity does run a bit small so please go up a 1/2 size larger
‣ Still, each foot is truly unique and the Gravity Safety Shoes may not be perfect for you. Fear not, because we have a worry-free exchange or return policy if you don't find your fit to be optimal (as long as you submit your request within a 30-day window and send us back unworn shoes)
‣ Here is a detailed size chart with the dimensions of all of our models
‣ We are also working to develop Gravity models with a wider steel toe-cap

BREAK-IN
‣ The beautiful full-grain leather of your Gravity booties can take 3-5 days to break-in as the footbed settles, leather stretches, and padding takes on the shape of your foot
‣ Please🙏 avoid wearing your new Xenas outside or at work until you're certain that the size and fit work well for you. Unfortunately our small team cannot accept boots in used condition with dirt or marks on them

LEATHER CARE
‣ Wipe your boots with a damp cloth to remove any dirt and sediment
‣ Avoid placing your boots next to a direct heat source as they dry to avoid material damage
‣ Apply a neutral Shoe Cream to maintain the luster and shine of the full-grain leather (here is our favorite)
‣ Use Mink Oil to help waterproof and protect the leather from moisture (here is our favorite)

SUEDE CARE
• Consider applying a stain repellent to your beautiful suede shoes to prolong their beautiful looks
• Dirt, debris, and scuffs are best removed using suede cleaning brush
• To get rid of darker stains, try using a regular pencil eraser
• A suede cleaner is another great refurbishment option

XENA SHOE SERVICE

WARRANTY

Our goal is to give you the best quality safety products that pass rigorous quality control and certification testing. However, since each Gravity Safety Shoe is handcrafted, there can be a rare anomaly. That is why your steel-toes are covered by our 6-Month Footwear Warranty. We will always do our best to help you out 🙏.

Xena Footwear Warranty covers any manufacturing, workmanship, or material defects on all of our models for 6-months after your purchase. Depending on the situation, we will either repair or replace your beautiful Xenas.

Normal wear and tear is expected over the lifespan of safety footwear. Our warranty does not cover the deterioration caused by use and natural exposure over time resulting in leather discoloration, scuffs, wrinkles, worn-down outsoles, insoles, etc. Our warranty also does not cover any accidental damage sustained to the shoes.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

OUR COMMITMENT
‣ We believe in providing you with the best customer service which includes worry-free exchanges and returns as long as your shoes are sent back to us in new condition within a 30-day window upon delivery
‣ We will cover your to-and-from shipping costs in the United States

INSTRUCTIONS
‣ Please make sure your shoes are in new condition. Unfortunately, our small team cannot accept exchanges or returns for used booties with signs of wear 😔
‣ To initiate your Exchange or Return please navigate to our site portal via button below
‣ You'll need to input your order number and shipping zip code to start
‣ Select your reason for exchange or return and submit the request
‣ Please package the original box and inserts into your shipping box, but DO NOT use our original shoe box as your shipping box
‣ We will mail out your exchange pair soon after receiving your shipping confirmation
‣ We will issue a refund after we receive and inspect your shoes to confirm that they are in good condition (or are covered by our Warranty)
‣ Refunds may take 5-10 days to process (depending on your Credit Card company)
‣ If your shoes show signs of wear then we will contact you privately to arrange payment on our assessed restocking fee
