Our goal is to give you the best quality workwear that passes rigorous quality control and certification testing. However, since each product is handcrafted, there can be a rare anomaly. That’s why your products are covered with a Xena Warranty. We will do our best to help you 🙏

FOOTWEAR WARRANTY
Xena Footwear Warranty covers any manufacturing, workmanship, or material defects on all of our footwear models for 6-months from the time of delivery. Depending on the situation, we will either repair or replace your beautiful Xenas.

Normal wear and tear is expected over the lifespan of safety footwear. Our warranty does not cover the deterioration caused by use and natural exposure over time resulting in leather discoloration, scuffs, wrinkles, worn-down outsoles, insoles, etc. Our warranty also does not cover any accidental damage sustained to the shoes.

APPAREL WARRANTY
Xena Apparel Warranty protects our work apparel products for 90-days from the time of delivery against any defects in material or workmanship. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or natural breakdown of colors and material through time due to exposure or extensive use.
